Hi all, here is a question to mull over. Presently working abroad for a Brit coy and an individual had an accident, expat. When discussed I said "get it entered it into the accident book", funny glance was thrown my way. Would you expect an accident book to be up and running even if not working in the UK but for records of any claim. I have for my coy.
Regards

Depends on local legislation. I think all western European countries have the same practice as the uk. Can't speak for anywhere else.
Best Practice is to record accidents/injuries/incidents wherever you are. If there is no official accident book then at least make a note in your diary.
