Posted By Malcolm Chambers Our electrician has recently had some PVC Cement delivered for jointing rigid PVC conduit, however there are no COSHH details on the tins and requests for SMDS's from the supplier have met with "What's an SMDS?" Does anyone out there use this glue, and if so, do you have a data sheet that you could let me have?

Posted By Robert K Lewis Malcolm There are a number of variants of this cement out there. If the supplier will not provide an MSDS for his supplies then go elsewhere. Without brand specific inormation we cannot even begin to give details, and would not by public forum in any case. Bob

Posted By Salus If they do not know about data sheets what else about looking after their employees do they not know, point them in the direction of the HSE website
