Posted By MCA Here is an odd one for you to ponder. A colleague of mine has been asked to design a padded wall for a client. The padded wall is to be used as a stress buster for the clients' employees and is used by hurling themselves at the wall in moments of madness/stress! Having reviewed the recriminations of not enough padding - people hurting themselves on the wall, alternatively too much padding - people hurting themselves on the rebound and hitting the floor, my colleague then informs me that the client also requires dimmed lighting and massage chairs etc in the same room. Having trawled the world wide web for mental institution padded cell assessments i thought i would contact the sages of IOSH. Does anybody have any suggestions for this ponderous commission?

Posted By Raymond Rapp Sounds like one out of MarkSMark's top draw! I suggest to you either leave it well alone or tell your client to go and see a shrink. Ray
