Can someone clarify the date that this comes into force please. Is it April 2006 or October 2006? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, just needed the clarification - was confused by an article in Strategic Risk stating "the RRO Fire Safety Order came into force on 1 April 2006 in the UK". I assume it's not being rolled out until Oct. Enjoy the rest of your afternoon :)

Hi,

The FFO comes into force on 1 October 2006. The ODPM now called something else following Johnny boys boot in the long grass states that the guidance documents associated with the RRO will be published in June(earlt or late not specified)
