Hi there, I am currently employed as a H&S Advisor for a large construction company and am extremely interested in moving into Event Safety. Can anyone help with advice on this role? I am thinking of offering my services voluntarily to gain experience.

Thanks kindly,

Try the Queen Elizabeth Conference Centre Broad Sanctuary Westminster SW1P 3EE with a cv, and address it to the Chief Executive.
Good Luck

HSG 154 “Managing Crowds Safely” is a guide for organisers at events and venues. It is a good book, full of practical advice – planning, risk assessment, emergency procedures, communication, etc. It may give you a bit of background information.
