Posted By AlB I'm after the current COMAH regulations on one document. I have the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 1999 and the Control of Major Accident Hazards (Amendment) Regulations 2005, but I can't find them combined (that is, the full amended version on one document). Where can I find this?

Posted By Heather Collins You can't. That's how amendment Regs work - it saves having to reprint/redo the whole thing. Usually when there have been several sets of amendments Regs they revoke the old Regs and make new ones incorporating all the amendments - e.g. COSHH and CHIP
