For a LA there will be a variety of possible templates although there are some basic commonalities across all templates. You must include in any Plan a) Details of waste produced in that location, include any hazardous waste on a separate listing. Include also the appropriate waste codes. b) Methods of disposal inclusive of carrier details and final disposal point. c) Specific personnel responsibilities d) Waste storage arrangements e) Monitoring arrangements f) Any recycling/ minimisation/ reduction measures in place. g) Movement of waste around premises.
