Posted By Soter Daimones I would be grateful if someone would advise of the latest current Irish Legistlation regarding Construction. I am aware of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 [Amends S.I. No 481 of 2001] and that there are plans to introduce amendments for 2005, but have these been made law? Thanks, Soter.D
