Does any body know the costing rates for the disposal of Asbestos?
Is it per load, per tonne, per kilo? Any ideas. I'm meaning the licesnsed tips not the road side.

The answer is as long as a piece of proverbial elastic. It depends firstly on the type of material being deposited. Bound ACMs can go to monocell sites if not mixed with active wastes, ie biodegradable wastes, whereas friable materials must go to a hazardous waste site. The second option is going to be much more costly.
Generally speaking there will always be the landfill tax which is set on the weight, in tonnes, of material at the current rate set. The receptacle will be charged on an empty and return figure plus excess haulage if a local tip is not available. Charges are generally made for paperwork management with hazardous wastes.
The costs are therefore extremely variable and do not be surprised if a 10 cubic metre skip cost reaches £600-1000 if filled with friable materials.

I work for an asi company and the figures quoted above are correct, dependant on Landfill site and travel distance to get there, this is only going to get more expensive in the future as the amount of sites reduces!
