Firstly I don't work for Croner but rather a Zoo. All I wanted to hear was from any practitioner using this software and what they think of it.

We've been using Croners-i for around a year now without any problems. Their net servers always working and it's quick too.
I've used Barbours and Tionestop in the past. These are excellent information products too.
A difference with Croner's is probably the way it deals with a particular subject. The information required is tailored to the level of detail you require of the subject matter i.e. factsheet, step by step guide, model policy, indepth guide etc. The forms accompanying the guidence are normally good too.
I must add that I'm still a bit of a dinosaur - I still prefer the hard copy at times. We're fortunate in that we have an excellent reference library here too. You could say I'm spoiled.
