Posted By DW Dear All, Does anyone have any good links or info with regards holding a company BBQ/event management onsite. The business is mainly office based so there are no official caterers, although our landlord does provide catering services and may well be contracted for this event. Regards DW

Posted By Paul Oliver Hire a caterer to do it for you. They will charge per head, and also have their own insurance and all the equipment to boot. Will take a lot of hassle from your shoulders. Local Environmental Health officers will also be able to provide you with loads of info on the subject.
