Posted By Julie Geairns Hi there Was just looking for some guidance on first aid training. We have a qualified first aider at our company and one appointed person. The appointed person is retiring soon and I was going to put my name forward to be trained in first aid (our qualified first aider's certificate runs out next year). I read somewhere a while ago that the rules on first aiders was changing for small, low risk companies like our own and that you no longer needed a qualified first aider (which means going on a four day course) but could take another one day course to cover yourself. Anyone out there got any info on this please. Many thanks. Julie
