Posted By The toecap Does anybody know of any prosecutions regarding the non reporting of exposure to asbestos as a dangerous occurence? And i have already looked on the HSE database to no avail.

Posted By CRT Off the top of my head, i dont know to any, i`m sure that you are more likely to get prosecuted for failing to comply with CAW.
