Could some kind sole supply me with a general type method statement for the above. I can then build on it and make it site specific. I wouldn't generally ask but I've just got back off holiday and its gone mad!!
Many Thanks in advance. My current e-mail is martin@johnkeeler24,fsnet.co.uk

Martin,
It would be extremly difficult to do this as we do not know the size, structure, past history, location, likely persons who could be affected, if in the UK, any Demolition work is subject to the CDM Regs, do you have a copy of the pre tender H&S Plan from the Planning Supervisor, if so any info you require should be in there and this would form part of your tendering process.
Plant, Access, Asbestos, Welfare, security, working hours, existing services, Env Impacts to name but a few are things that need to be considered.

In addition to any CDM requirements The Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations require that demolition work is carried out under the supervision of a "competent person."
You may want to think carefully whether or not anyone in your organisation has the relevant level of competence.
