Posted By Richard Whitehead My company is currently trying to integrate our management systems. I would be very interested to get in touch with someone who already has an IMS or better still, visit their company.

Posted By Darren J Male Richard, I am a consultant but happy to provide advice. See also BSI publications on IMS and the new BSI standard HB 10190:2001 Integrated Management Systems. The trick is to find a common method of risk appraisal that covers all business risk (loss of contract, loss of key staff, loss of premises, quality loss etc), environmental and H&S. Once you've cracked that and simplified your documented processes, and scheduled your management review's it's easy . Darren Male FIEMA CEnv
