Posted By Neville Hi Could anyone provide me with a Risk Assessment template for Office applications please? ie. DSE, Laptop,Photocopier,fax etc.(or a typical well laid out worked copy) My existing templates are a little over-engineered for engineering applications etc. Not even going to try to re-invent the wheel on this one. If anyone wants anything in return, do please let me know. Also have powerpoints presentations on several subjects too. Many thanks to anyone who responds.

Posted By Rachael Palmer Neville, If you haven't done so already have a look on the hse website, they've just released a new RA form which is quite simple to use. They also have a section on office safety http://www.hse.gov.uk/office/index.htm
