Hi Adrian !
The answer to your question is yes , it's reportable. There are other things that will make it reportable too i.e demolition or the removal of asbestos etc,but the main criteria is if you have 5 people or more, the project goes for 30 days or more or involves 500 person days then it's reportable. What is the project adrian ?

Adrian,
The answer about 30 days is that it's continous ! not broken up by weekends etc.if you read any text on this it just stipulates 30 days or more, hope this is of some help to you.

Adrian,
The only relevant criteria when considering whether CDM projects are notifiable are the 30-day threshold and the 500 person day limit.
Any day on which construction work is carried out counts towards the 30-day calculation. A 'person day' refers to an individual carrying out construction work for one normal shift.
If you have five personnel on site, or the work involves demolition, then CDM applies, but the project isn't necessarily notifiable.
Regards
Danny
