Posted By Paul Durkin Hi, Civil court, stress cases like the Walker(1995)landmark case(£175.000)& the amended Management Regs(2003,re: civil cases,adopting risk assessment)have there been ANY 'criminal'stress prosecutions? Or are they ALL civil & mostly settled out of court? Other examples Johnston(1992) £1 ; Grafton(2006)£39,000. NOTE: Drop in awards. Regards,Paul

Posted By jackw. Hi sorry don't have all the details but another slant on possible prosecutions. A NHS trust in Southern England i think.. got an improvement notice from the HSE re not carrying out stress risk assessments Cheers
