Posted By simon adamson I have been asked to monitor the effectiveness of toolbox talks. Has anyone got any orginal ways to do this.

Posted By Richard Walters Hi, We use an attendance register and feed back sheet for the attendee to complete after the TBT. This is then forwarded to our training department and kept on file.

Posted By gham That more monitoring how wel they have ben delivered Why don't you look at you accident stats, pick you two highest type over the last three months, eg slips trips and falls and manual handling. Carry out tool box talks on them then review your accidents over the next three months to see if there is a change from before.
