Chilling out on the computer on Tuesday night and idly browsing the dvla personalised registrations site. ( www.dvla-som.co.uk ) and I found this! MR51 OSH for £250! MR5 1OSH or Mrs Iosh to the casual observer! Be the envy of your fellow safety bods or get in the wife's good books!!I suppose you could have had MRS 105H back in 1969 but there was no private plate craze then! (PS I was good and saved this snippet until Friday!)

You can own the plate even without a car (costs £80 per year retention fee) but would be a waste of money ;-)
Anybody got M11RSM, M1OSH etc?? I have seen a locksmith's Fiat minivan with A115 AFE spaced A11 5AFE - wouldn't mind that one as it would get a laugh on site visits!

'51' was September 2001 - 5 years ago! Nobody noticed I guess, unless personal plates are a blokey thing!

You can normally tell if it is a male or female driving a car by the state that it is in...
If it is a man it is banged up something rotten!!!!

Funny, I usually find the reverse. Blokes are always faffing over theirs whilst the mrs. has car park scrapes and kerbed wheels galore!! ;-)

Ian,
I decided to put my message in as "tounge in cheek" obviously my poor attempt at sarcasim (as my wife calls it) or wit (as I call it) has gone un-noticed.
Have a good weekend, Mark

Don't be cruel to Charley. He may be an old one, but he is still learning.
Charley, you still owe me lunch.

Merv..
Don't let Charley forget... I've had the pleasure twice. The food is great and the 'eye candy' is '5 Star A La Carte'!!

Congratulations RP. I will look out for it and beep you! If you order from one of the 'show plate' manufacturers they will space it 'correctly' for you.
CFT has S4FTY or something like that?
