Posted By M Norgate Can anyone advise me of any loopholes to risk assessments for homeworkers who work 2 days at home and 3 in the office. What needs to be taken into consideration?

I think you would have to provide them with the means to purchase ergonomically suitable desk and computers ect and then even visit their home to check they had not blown the money at Alton Towers whilst they should have been working!
