Hello
I'm sure that you are aware that the new regulations regarding the safe transport of children come into effect on 18th September 2006. It had raised a number of issues for us and I wonder if anyone has any answers.
1) Routine transport of children in contract taxis- we are unclear if the exemption applies as it is a contractual arrangement.
2) Have any Local Authorities got any tips on implementing and managing the requirements of these Regulations
