Hi Guys,

Do any of you guys have different, snazzy, good, workable and easy, (for the staff), ways to encourage the workforce to report incident. We have a real problem with peoples lack of reporting and as we all know incident lead to accidents. Hope you can help.

Seriously though, we have it written into our disciplinary procedures and very well advertised in all training that employees will not get into trouble for being involved in an accident, unless negligent but they will get into trouble for not reporting and accident/incident near miss ect..
