Posted By Simon Carrier Good Afternoon I have been asked to produce a paragraph on what H&S does for a Family "fun" day at work. Whilst I could say that it reduces the risk to the company and ensures that personnel leave work in the same condition as they arrived I was trying to come up with something a bit more jovial and child friendly. If anyone has some suggestions I would be most appreciative. regards

Posted By AlB I agree. Consider going for the "Danger Expert" scenario, but make it a bit light hearted as well. You may even win over some of the employees with it as well, as health and safety is rarely seen as a way of reducing and controling danger.

Posted By km8 Simon, I have used Bob the Builder characters when addressing schools and the like-they proved a very useful medium for actively involving the kids and raising their awareness of the inherent dangers involved with mobile plant etc regards
