Can anyone help?
I am a Health and Safety Co-ordinator in the passenger transport sector and I often have to deliver toolbox talks and various in house training. My boss has told me I need to go on a train the trainer course and to find myself one. Can anyone recommend a course provider in the Midlands area. I could do with a course that covers presentation skills, confident delivery, handling hecklers etc.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Julie.
Have you tried your local colleges. I took mine last year at a college near me. It was a three day course, interesting and covering all your needs. it's pretty daunting at first, especially whith the 'Ice- breakers' but worth it.
