Has anyone got a copy of the HSE SOE IRTE code of practice for coupling or uncoupling & parking of large goods vehicle trailers?

If yes is there any chance of letting me have a copy?

Alan,

thats the old guidance the new one is a joint venture by the HSE and Thew Society of Operations Engineers. The PDF of the new guidance is in the SOE members area, which seems a strange state of affairs when tax payers money pays for the guidance and yet we do not have free access to it. That said you can apply for a single copy by post. Not a lot of good if you want a few copies for drivers and managers.

If you go to the relevant page of the HSE website, there is a link to the SOE website where hard copy/ies of the document can be requested. I requested several copies and have received them OK.
It takes a few days for them to arrive!!
