Does anyone know when the new regs come into force. I've been trawling websites. Some have said April 2006 some October 2006. The only reference I can find to the 2006 regs on the HSE website is a task sheet.

The exposure to asbestos Regs are due out at the end of the year, possibly around December time

They are with the minister now and are due to be layed before parliament soon, so MP'S can pray on them, with an introduction date of Nov 2006
