Hi All,

I have recently been tasked with compiling a Divisional Risk Register. We have completed a high level risk register and almost completed our Task Based Risk Assessments so logically the divisional risks are next on how hit list.

I am eager that this is done correctly from the very start and would apprieciate any tips or guidance on the steps required.

We are quite a large construction company.

Thanks

Risk Register as a term may be applied to the wider range of insured and uninsured risks affecting an organisation. These risks vary depending on the nature of the organisation. Takes in financial risks, loss of IT systems/other records, loss of buildings, plant or equipment due to fire, flood etc., loss of key workers etc .etc. There are some good risk managment sites on this topic, e.g. ALARM ,SOLACE, UK Resilience, etc.
This might be what you're looking for?
