I have an interview tomorrow, and this is one of the topics which I have been told will come up.

Can someone enlighten me? I thought that CDM had not yet changed?

CDM has not yet changed - therefore make sure that you have read the question - is it a presentation re todays CDM or tomorrows CDM

If you need to talk about the key changes being planned currently (previously referred to as 'CDM2006', but now 'CDM2007'!), then you can download the CONIAC Paper (20 July 2006, Ref. M2/2006/1), http://www.hse.gov.uk/ab...c/iacs/coniac/index.htm. This will provide you with the rationale behind the main changes.
