afternoon chaps and chapesses. Anyone got any good short risk management scenarios /case studies in the health care / volunteer sector Im running abit of a course and need to give folk a break from listening to my bad jokes.

Disabled service user needs two people's assistance while being washed in the morning. thanks for that John . I really wanted more global buisness risk related cases which encompass loss of market share - reduction in service reputation and subsequent funding type things.

Oh, OK,
How about Anchor with the disastrous TV programme a couple of years ago? Can't find a link on the net, but one of the investigative news programmes put a mole into one of their services, the resulting TV did some damage to their reputation,
