You will usually find contact information of the provider beside their material. Drop them a line and let them know how you have used their stuff, or to ask their permission if you want to amend it to make it specific to your company.

http://www.confinedspaces.com/oac/index.htm This program should be useful. It is an on-line training package that your people should be able to do as a self-study program.
