Im not an IT buff so developing a comprehensive programme or a spreadsheet that analises accidents / incidents, convert it into graphs and pie charts etc work out AFR and AIRs etc is a bit beyond me.

Has anybody got anything out there to assist

HSG 65 gives advice on how to calculate AIR / AFR. I'm sure there must be software out there, but I don't know any good ones. At the moment I work out the rates manually using a calculator - I can afford to do this as we boast very few accidents !
