Posted By Martin Brown I have been asked to perform risk assessments at a local pre school.(3-4 yr olds), 4 registerd staff memebers, operating in a community church.(Ofsted Registered) etc. Working 3x(1/2) days per week, rest of the time belongs to the community church. Would anyone be able to advise me if they are legally required to display the H&S Law Poster ? Martb

Posted By sagalout Martin, Yes they are. However, it is often found as an a totally unofficial A4 copy in such establishments. No I am not recommending that approach just reporting practical observations. I doubt it would prompt a court appearance!

Posted By sagalout Martin, delete that previous posting. They can issue copies of leaflets to staff if they choose in place of the poster. http://www.businesslink....OURCES&itemId=1074418126 A bit early for a double G&T, I will try a cuppa instead
