Posted By Lyn Skelton Unfortunately I could not make the Course Provider Forums due to annual leave clashing with the same fortnight, just wondering what the general opinion of the new Managing Safely course is?

Posted By Paul Costelloe CMIOSH The new Managing Safely course looks good, and should make it more interesting for candidates. I'm not sure about the interactive board games though. The highlight of the forum which I attended in Huntingdon, however, was the presentation by Philip Hesketh, a professional speaker who was captivating in his discussion about persuasion and negotiation. I'm deeply engrossed in his book just now !

Posted By Diane Thomason Paul, I would have loved to go to this forum and hear this speaker. If the AUGs permit, could you give the details of the book? cheers Diane
