Here's hoping that someone can point me in the right direction, I'm getting fed up with drawing blanks on internet searches!
The organisation I work for is on occasion using company pool cars to transport young children, from babes in arms up to young adults. We have purchased baby seats to suit a variety of age groups and have received normal "user" training from our local motor accessories superstore for the staff likely to be using them.
I have now asked if we could evidence that training and we have learned that the store will not provide us with written confirmation that they have trained our staff - I guess I can understand that!
However, I still believe that we need some formal training to our staff with an evidential paper trail that training has been provided.
Does anyone know of a training organisation that could provide this to our staff. The local superstore provided me with information but this turned out to be wrong.
Thanks in advance.

Probably to late now, but a good approach would have been to approach a manufacturer directly for the supply of the seats. Having known 2 people who have done this for there businesses.
Two options were offered.
1) They would provide a train a trainer course for one member of staff, who would then be qualified to teach other staff.
2) All staff would be trained by the manufacturer.
The first option being the free one
The problem arises when some cars are more difficult than others.

Thanks G-Man, begining to wish we'd done that now. In fact the superstore said that is what we should have done!
