Posted By Descarte What type of company is it? Is this from a contingency planning view? I would detail what the main risks to the company are, the effects of those risks, control measures and or actions identified. So, Hazard: Damage/disruption to production by fire Primary Consequence: Loss of production, potential loss of life, damage to company property Secondary Consequences: damage to company image, negative media, offsite environmental effects, insurance premiums Control: Automatic fire detection system, regularly maintained, trained personnel in use of fire extinguishers and fire safety, flammable materials kept to a minimum Further controls / Actions: Complete fire risk assessments for building areas
