Posted By Marian C Crossley Hi At the beginning of November I have to lead a health and safety training session for 20 volunteers on the basic information they need to be able to work safely. The volunteers ages range from 16 - 35, they are of mixed ability and I understand that it is necessary to make it fun and interesting to keep their attention. The normal talk and chalk type of sessions is not in any way suitable. My idea is to set up 4 different activities that cover the very basics on which they can then work on as a team. Does anyone have any type of activities like this set up or have any ideas or can direct me somewhere on the web where I can find some inspiration. I don't want to bore them! Thanks
