Posted By sagalout O.neill, The publication you mention is an HSE books priced publication and subject to copyright. Therefore would be wrong for me to offer you a copy of mine. Can you get the info you seek from the HSE Engineering webpages which contain a mass of specific free guidance for engineering safety?
