Posted By Manny Miguel, It doesn't matter where you are in Europe (as a matter of interest where are you?) your safety advisor should be assisting you in completing the RA and I'm sure he can provide a template for you to use. Regards Manny

Posted By Paul Bellis The form doesnt matter -or the formulas scoring mechanisms etc to calculate the risk -as long as you look at the hazards involved and whether they are adequately controlled if not what can you do to make it safe. use the hse website and forms http://www.hse.gov.uk/smallbusinesses/must/ra.htm you cant go far wrong - if its anything more complex - you need to get some competent advice Paul
