C'mon...you must have heard about it, its been on the radio all day!! Perhaps its another case of conkers bonkers and councils getting toooo excited? Holmezy

Posted By ian (fingaz) why worry about lollypop people in Bristol? go to Austria or Switzerland..they have children doing the job there before and after school.. with what looks like ping pong bats. wonder what the wages are for 10 year olds there!maybe they need some h&s classes. In the UK we try to keep our children out of the road, not give them a job crossing adults..

Posted By alex mccreadie I missed the first post by KW regarding this joke.I am fortunate that I live in Bath where this incident occurred. The council is Bath & North East Somerset, this joins on to their last escapade of stopping the Bin Men going down alleys or scaling 6" kerbs in case they hurt themselves? Now residents must put their black bag rubbish out the night before blocking pavements, attracting rodents which of course is nothing to do with Health and Safety? It would be nice to take these councillors and their advisors on to a construction site and ask them to sort them out.
