Posted By jeffrey david smith I don't believe that there is a 'standard' heater. The use of any heater depends on a large number of factors. What is the size of the room? What have you got in the room? How often is the room utilised? How much do you want to pay? Is the heater to be part of the heating system for the building? Is it a stand-alone? Do you want to heat people or dry things? Is it for short-term use? Sorry not to be more helpful however I would use (whatever the outcome) a respectable company's make and make sure all the standards are correct. Jeff
