Hi Stephen,
I'm not too sure what you mean by AIR/AFR and suggest that niether do many of the forum members, otherwise you might have had a better response to the question. Could you be more specific as I'm sure many people would like to help.

The Accident/Incident Rate and Accident Frequency Rate for the Construction Industry can only be obtained from deep in the HSE structure! I needed this info some years agao to offer a comparisson to an insurance company, and it took me ages. Ask HSE/HSC for their statistical department, they should be able to help. I think 1t was AFR was 1.6 some time ago, hopefully improved now.

I am not too sure how you would get Frequency rate these days as few people measure hours worked accurately.
However, Incidence rates are freely available via the HSE web page.
