Could someone please confirm the formulae for calculating the accident frequency rate and the accident incident rate?

Frequency Rate - The number of accidents (of whatever category you are measuring) times 100,000 divided by the number of hours worked.
Incidence Rate is - The number of accidents (of whatever category you are measuring) times 100,000 divided by the number people employed.
The figure of 100,000 is most commonly used as that is the number used in the HSE statistics.
Category of accident could be 'fatalities'; 'major injuries'; '>3 day injuries', etc.
