One comment : depending on how many people you have in the programme it can be very expensive. and not necessarily cost-effective

We are running STOP at present. Last year we started with supervisors. This year with employees.
If you use their consultants it is very expensive. We used them for a SMAT programme some years ago and spent in excess of £50k.
With STOP we did it ourselves. We bought the DVD's, books, cards etc. Cost in region of £10k. We plan to use the same material for employees.
