I think the best thing is to speak to the individuals concerned about their treatment plans and make sure to ask them to stay in touch with you after their check-ups, passing on any information their treatment providers consider appropriate. In the organisation I work for, we use photographs to evidence postural assessments and make these pictures available to colleagues so that external treatment suppliers can have an overview of their working environment.
