Posted By GR As part of our steel manufacturing division we are trying to introduce pre determined lifting points on the steelwork, so that when the steel arrives on site it would be safer, easier and quicker to lift whilst using the designated equipment, can anyone help or point me in the right direction if testing of the lift points are required, the lifting points will be used for a max of 3 lifts, the lift points would be welded to the steelwork, if each lift point is to be tested by say a third party then it may be back to the drawing board.
