Posted By Ian Mitchell Good afternoon. I am carrying out a review of the company's QHSE document register at the moment and would like to see some other people's forms to make a comparison with what we have. I will be glad to return the favour. I specifically would like to see examples of a Hazard Survey Form, Risk Control Sheet and a Management Audit Report Form. Worked or unworked doesn't matter (neither does the sector too much although construction or rail would be useful) Thanks for your assistance - ianm[cutthisout]acc_11@hotmail.com - cheers.

Posted By B Smart Hi Ian, you haven't had many answers to this thread as some people might look upon it as a bit naughty, but if you go to http://hse.wiki.com you will be able to download some material which might be of an interest to you and if you really want to share health, safety and environmental information, files etc with other helpful people you can easily upload the files etc to the website. Good Luck B. Smart

Posted By Arran Linton - Smith B Smart, I notice that on thirteen occasions over the last three months you have recommended one particular web-site which is dedicated to the exchange of documents, however my concern is over the quality of information published and whether copyright permission has been sought. For example under the construction section of this site, there is a scaffolding presentation which makes reference to "Compliance with the Azerbaijan or Georgian national standards" and I noticed that the Work at height presentation also does the same. What is UNIF-HSE-PRO-204? Is the organisation identified in this particular material aware that this material is published on this web-site?
