Buy a gun then, im sure if you asked them to slow down they wouldn't argue. You also use it in the enforcement of wearing PPE

Probably the "only" speed gun available that is CE marked and fully accepted for use in built up areas is the 'Lion Z-45TM'

It is available from lion labs and there contact details are as follows:

Alternatively you could contact a company by the name of 'Westcotec'

They have a vast selection of electronic speed monitoring equipment and I have just spent a lot of money with them on solar powered equipment which has had a dramatic effect on the speed of vehicles.

If you require any further information from either of these companies give them a call, you will lfind them both very helpful.

We purchased a speed gun, but it is no good below 10mph (but FLT drivers don't know that). So check it is ok for these speeds before you buy. You only need to use it a couple of times. and speeds drop.
