Posted By Richard Webber At present all construction projects, including work for a domestic client must be notified to the HSE on an F10 if they last longer than 30 days etc. I hope that this requirement does not fall into disuse when the new CDM regulations come into force next year. If it does the abysmal standards imposed by some domestic contractors will fall even further behind the mainstream. Any thoughts? Richard

Posted By Jonathan Sandler CMIOSH you might wish to contribute this point to my thread, but in answer to your question the answer is yes it will be required on a domestic site notification to local authority in line with new building regs coming out.
