Hi all, ive been asked to check what rights we are entitled to on a SHE basis,or none,we are currently situated on a large chemical plant,
and rent a small building where we manufacture chemicals ourselves,i understand the owner is responsible for some things but not most, for example are they responsible for lighting? etc..ive checked HSE websites but they just come up with the housing tenants/landlords and the normal HASAWA...many thanks if someone can help me

Hi Dean, in a commercial landlord/tenant relationship it all depends on the terms of the lease agreement.
